From Austin: Take I-35N to exit 238B for US-290 E toward Houston. Continue onto US-290 E and continue onto 290 Toll. Take the exit onto TX-130 toward TX-45 Toll N/Georgetown. Take exit 426 to merge onto FM 685 N toward Gattis School Rd. Turn right onto Co Rd 138, then left onto Co Rd 137. Turn right onto Brooklands Blvd, then take a Right on Pinkerton. The model home is on the left at 201 Pinkerton Drive.
