With amenities including an award-winning 18-hole golf course, exclusive Residents’ Club, The Retreat, an on-site elementary school, nearby Scott and White and Seton Medical Center Williamson hospitals, and numerous shopping and dining venues like IKEA and the Round Rock Premium Outlet Mall, you’re sure to find Teravista a place in which you’ll love to live. We invite you to discover why Teravista is the premier community offering golf course living in Round Rock.
Round Rock is one of the best places to live in all of Central Texas, and there’s no better address in Round Rock than Teravista, the area’s only true master-planned community. Round Rock has been an inviting place to settle ever since the cattle drive days of early Texas, when cowboys found that a certain “round rock” provided an opportune place to cross Brushy Creek. Now as then, Round Rock extends a warm welcome to newcomers, who can still hop across that famous rock. Today’s settlers will discover that Round Rock is better than ever, with top-notch schools, beautiful scenery, world-class shopping, a vibrant technology industry, and easy proximity to all parts of Greater Austin.

Teravista Golf Club
The scenic centerpiece of Teravista, the 18-hole Teravista Golf Club, features a 7,200-yard course designed by Floridian, George Clifton, whose firm of Clifton, Ezell & Clifton Golf Design has created more than 40 championship courses throughout the United States.
Laid out on gently rolling terrain, the Teravista Golf Club has views extending more than 30 miles to the west, treating golfers to vistas of hills, trees, wildflowers and native grasses. With five different tee settings, this daily fee course is inviting to golfers of every skill level, and the constant, gentle breeze adds a unique element to a round of golf at Teravista.
Club facilities include short game and full swing practice facilities, a 22,000-square-foot putting green, and a double-ended range with tee boxes extending over 80 yards. The 5,000-square-foot clubhouse offers a golf shop and the Caldwell Café, serving breakfast and lunch seven days a week. The Caldwell Café is open to Teravista residents and the general public, whether they play golf or not.
The Teravista Golf Club has garnered numerous awards, most recently named winning seven first-place “Best of Public Golf Course Awards” from Avid Golfer. These include Best Golf Course Practice Facility, Best Course Conditions, Best Service, Most Environmentally Friendly Golf Course, and Best Place to Take a Client. It has also been named a top “Beginner Friendly Course” by the National Golf Course Owners Association.
Teravista residents currently enjoy discounted greens fees and priority reservations at The Teravista Golf Club, which also offers a scenic backdrop for some of the community’s most desirable homesites. Whether they live directly on the golf course or not, all Teravista residents enjoy its scenic beauty as it meanders throughout the community.
Teravista Residents’ Club
The Teravista Residents’ Club is “fun central” for residents of all ages. Teravista employs its own on-site Activites Director who coordinates community events alongside Teravista residents throughout the year.
Residents also create their own impromptu fun at all times, whether it’s a play date for a group of neighbors, a friendly game of basketball, or just catching some rays by the pool.
Facilities include an impressive clubhouse with a two-story great room and a cozy fireside gathering room, available for residents to reserve for their own personal events. An indoor fitness center offers state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment.
Outdoors, The Residents’ Club offers a Junior Olympic swimming pool, children’s splash pool, playground, a multi-purpose sport court, sand volleyball court and a lighted tennis court.
Teravista helps you surf the World Wide Web at warp speed, but sometimes you want nothing more than to find out what’s going on in your own backyard. For that, there’s TeravistaTogether.com, your own personal corner of the Internet.
A richly detailed neighborhood network, TeravistaTogether.com creates a virtual “front porch” for all of Teravista to share. Log on using your personal password, and you can read about the latest community events and interest groups, and find out what’s going on at local schools. There’s also a thriving Marketplace where you can post a classified ad and see special offers from local companies.
The Teravista master plan also includes miles of greenbelt trails, running between neighborhoods and along major thoroughfares such as Teravista Parkway and Teravista Club Dr. These landscaped greenbelts make it possible to walk, bike or jog virtually anywhere in the community, whether to a friend’s house or The Residents’ Club.
A select number of homesites in Teravista border on these greenbelts, offering scenic backyard views.
