Greg Yakim is a founding partner of CastleRock Communities and serves as President. Greg began his career in Houston, Texas with a top 10 builder. Greg’s career accomplishments include Regional President and President roles at several top 20 National Builders prior to joining Mr. Wright in 2004 to start CastleRock. Greg’s 40 years of experience include exposure to homebuilding in Florida, Arizona, California, Oregon, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, Vegas, Washington, and Texas. Greg earned his BA from Clarion State and focuses on HR, Finance, Bank Relationships, and Customer Relation Initiatives at CastleRock.
Lance Wright is a founding partner of CastleRock Communities (2004) and serves as Executive VP. Lance’s career in homebuilding began in Dallas, TX in 1985 with top 10 builders. Lance’s career path in homebuilding has included Construction Manager, Sales Consultant, Service, Project Manager, Division President, and Regional President for large public and private top 10 builders. Lance has been involved in single family, multifamily, midrise, and town home development throughout Texas, California, Washington, Oregon, DC. and Maryland. Lance earned his BBA in Business from University of Texas Austin and currently handles all operational aspects of CastleRock including sales, construction, purchasing and marketing.
Kirk Breitenwischer joined CastleRock Communities in 2006 as a partner and serves as Vice President. His responsibilities include analysis of potential land development projects, due diligence, contract negotiation for the acquisition of land and exisiting lots and coordination of closing activities. Kirk’s experience includes over 35 years in homebuilding and land development on a national basis. During his career he has worked with a large Texas Developer/Financial Institution and worked 16 years with a top 20 National Homebuilder, serving as its National Land Development President and a member of its Board of Directors. Kirk received his BBA in Finance from the University of Texas in Austin. He has been a member and/or has served in various real estate groups including the Urban Land Institute, the South Freeway Corridor Association and a Council Member for the City of Southside Place.
